GenPure UF/UV Water Purification System, 50131217

Description
- Advanced systems provide ASTM Type I water with GLP documentation
- Display shows multiple water quality parameters and system status
The advanced GenPure Water Purification System provides ultrapure ASTM Type I water with consistent quality for your most sensitive applications. GenPure systems exceed international standards ASTM Type I, ISO 3696 Grade 1, ASTM D1193 and CLSI-CLRW.
The system constantly monitors the conductivity and temperature of both feedwater and processed water to meet USP compliance. Two conductivity cells monitoring processed water are calibrated against a built-in reference resistance prior to every measurement. Temperature is monitored with ± 0.1°C accuracy via a platinum chip sensor. If the feedwater quality drops below the set value, the unit displays a fault message.
The GenPure Water Purification System provides GLP-compliant documentation. RS-232 interface lets you send all measured data, alerts, date and time to a PC or printer on adjustable intervals. All alerts from the previous four weeks are monitored and stored via a digital microprocessor controller. Code-protected operating system prevents unauthorized or accidental changes to system settings.
Filtration cartridges feature Aquastop quick-connections for easy cartridge replacement, even while in mid-operation. For even more filtration capabilities, models are available with an optional 185/254 nm UV bulb and/or a UF ultrafilter. The high performance UV photo-oxidation assembly reduces microorganisms and their metabolites. The ultrafilter is automatically flushed to assure the highest retention of endotoxins and nucleases. Specified systems also monitor TOC (total organic carbon) and UV lamp intensity at all times. Alert messages indicate when the UV lamp intensity is no longer sufficient, removing the risk of false TOC measurements.
Includes: feed water pressure switch, wall bracket, ultrapure cartridge and sterile filter. When feedwater is pretreated using reverse osmosis, stainless steel DI cartridge is required to prolong cartridge life (order separately).
- Feedwater requirements: <5 µS/cm, max TOC 50 ppb, <1.0 NTU, 2 to 35°C, 1.4 to 87 psi
- Output rate: up to 2 L/min
- Inlet pressure (min/max): 29 to 87 psi
- Feedwater connector: 3/4" hose connector
- Power: 90 to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz
