These flexible‚ versatile control panels feature everything you need to operate new or existing pump stations. They handle three voltages (208/240/480 VAC)‚ and a wide range of pump motor amperage requirements using field-installable overload modules (4.5-18 or 8-32 FLA). Units operate using a 4-20 mA level transmitter input signal‚ and one or two optional backup float switches; sold separately. cUL approved.
The integrated TPC-X controller is intuitive and user-friendly. Menu navigation is simple using a single rotary knob. Graphic display indicates alarms‚ pump status and pump run times (hour meters). Select level readout in feet‚ psi‚ inches or meters. Display is easy to read‚ even in direct sunlight.
Panels are field programmable for pump-up or pump-down applications. They feature HOA (hand-off-auto) selector switches within the deadfront inner panel. A top-mount‚ flashing red alarm beacon and set of auxiliary alarm switch contacts keep you notified of alarm conditions. Panels also accept signals to indicate pump seal failure and thermal overload. All components are housed in a compact NEMA 4X fiberglass enclosure lockable with padlock (lock not included).
Ordering information: For a complete system‚ order a panel and overload module(s) to match your expected pump load (one module for simplex or two modules for duplex pumping). A level transmitter is also required (sold separately). Backup float switches are optional (sold separately).
