KBL series cased-drive peristaltic pumps combine the benefits of peristaltic pump technology with user-friendly innovations. Peristaltic pumps provide smooth, consistent dosing. They are self-priming against pressures as high as 125 psi, and will not vapor lock or air bind. No moving parts contact the chemical flow—the tube assembly is the only wetted part. Pinching rollers eliminate chemical backflow. KBL series pumps feature a 200:1 turndown ratio.

Optical tube leak detection halts pump operation in case of chemical leakage. Tube replacement is the only regular maintenance required—no tools needed. The programmable onboard run timer alerts you when tube replacement is due.

Perform routine firmware upgrades and access pump log data via the USB port. A 4-1/3" color LCD display with 13-button keypad allows for simple menu navigation. All pumps feature a NEMA 4X (IP66) wash-down enclosure constructed from chemical-resistant powder-coated aluminum.

All tubing options include PVDF fittings for the widest range of chemical compatibility. Tube assemblies for medium pumps include connections for compression tubing or NPT-threaded hard piping.

Pumps include: two pump tubes, PVDF injection fitting, 16 feet of polyethylene tubing and foot valve with check valve. 2-year warranty.
