USABlueBook offers belts from National Filter Media (NFM) suitable for a wide range of belt presses or belt thickeners. Some examples of brands are Andritz, Eimco, Enviroclear, Frontier, Kromline Sanderson, NFM and Phoenix.
Choose from belts with standard or Rayza-Back™ seams. Standard seams are available with either 8 or 10 clips/inch and epoxy joints. Rayza-Back™ seams feature 8 clips/inch and incorporate a 316 stainless steel screen with the belt clips. This makes the seam 30% stronger, increases resistance to wrinkles and reduces tracking issues—all without adding thickness. An adapter tool is available to convert between 8-clip and 10-clip seams; contact us for details.
