TC2-S Squeeze-Off Tool

Our squeeze-off tool is easy to use, safe, and dependable. It is made of high tensile aluminum alloy for strength and rust-free maintenance. A self-locking rotating sleeve adjusts to assure the proper clearance for each PE pipe size. For additional safety, a drilled hole in the clamping mechanism allows for installation of a pin or padlock (customer supplied) to keep the clamping jaws locked in the closed position.
Model TC2-S (standard water) weighs 18 lbs and is 26" long. The standard rotating sleeve is set up for 3/4" CTS x 0.097", 1" IPS x 0.150", 11/4" IPS x 0.197" and 2" IPS x 0.295". These are the most common sizes used in the water industry. The TC2-S also has a TopLatch self-locking mechanism that automatically locks the jaws in the closed position as squeeze-off occurs, which guarantees that someone cannot inadvertently open the clamp. The TC2-S includes 36" extension handles—replacement handles are available if needed.
