These robust electromagnetic flowmeters are an outstanding choice for a variety of water and wastewater applications. They offer exceptional accuracy, flexible operation and optimal data security. Standard Class 150 round flanges allow for easy inline installation. NSF-61 rated polyurethane lining prevents corrosion in drinking water applications, while also withstanding abrasive wastewater applications. Flowmeter and polycarbonate transmitter housings are rated IP67/NEMA 4X.

Setup and operation are easy via the local optical key interface. It features guided menus, “Make it Run” wizards, help displays in multiple languages, and built-in simulation software. On-board HistoROM system stores all sensor, transmitter and totalizer data—won't lose data if power is removed.

Battery-powered W800 meters are ideal for measuring clean water in remote locations. They operate on internal lithium batteries, and provide a year's worth of standalone operation nearly anywhere a power source isn't available. Meters feature an integral, illuminated 4-line display transmitter with two pulse outputs and a status input (e.g., totalizer reset), as well as an integrated datalogger (requires SD card and Commubox PC USB interface, both sold separately; order stock #s 67224 and 63634).

Note: We recommend grounding rings (sold separately) for installations in plastic pipe.

Sensor tube and electrodes (bullet nose) are constructed of 304 stainless steel. Sensor housing is constructed of aluminum coated AlSi10Mg.
