Allegro's supplied air shield system lets you breathe clean air while working in hazardous or contaminated areas. It's ideal for confined spaces, or when grinding, chipping or spray painting. This cost-effective solution is designed for non-IDLH (Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health) environments.
Full-face supplied air respirator is made of a durable silicone rubber. It's hypoallergenic, chemical- and ozone-resistant, and features a double-sealing flange for improved mask-to-face seal. Respirator also features a removable hair net and fits under a hard hat. NIOSH approved.
The ambient air pump is a self-contained, low-maintenance unit with a removable, washable filter. Each air pump comes in a rugged plastic housing that's lightweight and ultra portable. A panel-mounted speed control regulates CFM output. Pump must be placed in clean, Grade “D” breathable air (as specified by 29 CFR 1910).
Two-worker system includes: ambient air pump, flowmeter, two full-face supplied air respirators, and two 50'L breathing hoses. Max hose length of 100'L per worker.
Note: To extend hose length, additional 50'L and 100'L breathing hoses are available (stock # 331017 and 331018). For two-worker systems, both workers must be using the same type of respirator or hood, and the same length of breathing hose.
