This ultrasonic level controller is perfect for monitoring or pump control of lift stations, tanks and basins. Problems that trouble floats and other level sensing devices do not affect this instrument, with its non-contacting, maintenance-free ultrasonic sensor.
Easy to install and program, the Greyline level controller features standard datalogger, menu-driven commands and a large four-digit LCD display. Outputs include 4-20 mA for chart recorders or SCADA systems, plus two built-in control relays that are independently programmable for pump control, pump alternation and level alarms.
Controller features a built-in 26 million-point datalogger with Greyline PC software. Download logged data to your computer via a USB memory stick (67228; sold separately). Formatted flow/level reports include total, average, minimum, maximum and times of occurrence.
The included PZ32T ultrasonic sensor is constructed of PVC with a Teflon face, making it highly resistant to many corrosive environments. Sensor includes a 25-ft long coaxial cable, mounts with rear-mounted 3/4" NPT threads, and measures up to 32 feet maximum liquid level. Blanking distance (deadband) is 12".
