Product Details
  • Plug lines with pressures up to 150 psi
  • Bypass pipe included for inducing test medium into pipe

Need to plug pipes requiring a higher pressure rating than standard gravity-driven sewer lines? Lansas high-pressure plugs are your answer. Use them to seal water mains force mains or industrial lines with back pressure up to 150 psi. Plugs have a centered bypass pipe to induce your test medium into the pipe. Plug sizes 10" and larger have a 2nd bypass pipe that lets you monitor the pressure and bleed air out to the section you are testing.

Each plug's bladder is reinforced with multiple plies of tire cord and is bonded to the inner metal mandrel. When the plugs are inflated the ends roll up away from the mandrel allowing the bladder to make contact with the pipe walls without applying unnecessary stress on the bladder.

Note: Required inflation pressure is 225 psi.
