Save operating expenses—test different concentrations of coagulant to obtain optimum flocculation at minimal cost. Each position accommodates a stainless steel paddle that is adjustable to a maximum depth of 9". The electronic motor control system regulates the speed of all paddles simultaneously, and shows the speed on the display.
Memory banks simulate your plant's operations—Four memory banks replicate actual plant conditions for a high level of accuracy and repeatability. Each memory bank is a program that controls the speed of the paddles to match the plant. Run the tester sequentially through each memory bank, individually in any one of the banks, or continuously at a selected speed.
Program each memory bank via the keypad and twenty-character four-line LCD. You can also program each memory bank with an audible alarm. Programmed information is retained in memory even when the power is off for easy recall of testing procedures and to ensure reproducibility.
Frame is constructed of powder-coated steel with long-lasting LED lamps built into the base that provide diffused lighting to all samples you are testing.
Model uses square acrylic 2-liter B-KER2®s with convenient sampling ports.
