Pulsar's Sludge Finder 2 is a two-component system (controller and sensor) that provides reliable continuous sludge blanket level measurement. It's ideal for solids settling applications, including primary and secondary clarifiers, settlement tanks, process thickeners and sequencing batch reactor (SBR) systems.

The microprocessor-based controller can operate up to two sensors at once, which lets you manage two clarifiers/thickeners with a single controller. Each channel features a 4-20 mA isolated output. Assign the six relay outputs to either channel for programmable alarm or process control functions. Enclosure is rated IP65/NEMA 4X and can be field-mounted outdoors.

The multifunction display shows blanket level, complete echo profile, alarm points, tank depth and tank status. View blanket definition as interface level (distance from bottom to blanket) or interface range (distance from waterline to blanket).

For a complete system, also order 1 or 2 Viper sensors (stock #s 84814, 84815 or 84816) and sensor mounting hardware.
