These Pulsafeeder Series HV pumps are set up with wet end materials that are ideal for higher viscosity chemicals. All Series HV pumps are UL listed for indoor and outdoor use. The rugged housing protects the electronics to ensure the long life of the pump.
Pulse control accept digital pulse and analog 4-20 mA signals respectively for pacing pump speed rate.
Note: Due to the high viscosity of flocculants, foot valves/strainers are not recommended for use with these pumps and are not included with the pumps. We recommend flooded-suction setup for high-viscosity pumps.
Use with aluminum sulfate (alum) and polymer (call for compatibility with other chemicals). Wetted materials: PVC head, PVC fittings, 316 SS check balls, PTFE diaphragm and PTFE seats/O-rings.
Pumps include: injection check valve assembly, suction valve, discharge valve, 4' PVC suction tubing, 8' polyethylene discharge tubing and control cables.
