For all-in-one convenience, it's hard to beat Pyxis multiparameter meters. These robust portable meters feature more than 70 colorimeteric methods along with direct, true turbidity measurement. They let you measure bleach concentration and other parameters without the use of reagents.
Use the arrow keys to navigate test methods on the intuitive backlit LCD. Your four most frequently used methods automatically appear on the top line of the display so you never have to search for them. In each method, you can choose the parameter form and unit of measure. You can also create and save your own test methods.
A built-in timer automatically sets itself based on your chosen parameter, even when there are multiple timed steps. The display graphs values as the reaction takes place, showing the rate of reaction and value during timing. When the timer is done, your final numeric measurement appears on the display. The meters perform self-diagnostics at power up to check the performance of their optics, so you can feel confident in your results. Meters feature a sliding light shield cover you close for turbidity and colorimetric testing with a 10-mL vial; it can remain open for colorimetric tests using a 25-mL vial.
For recordkeeping and reporting, meters log the test name, measured value, date and time to a 1-GB SD card. Bluetooth® interface facilitates data transfer, allowing you to send logged measurements from your meter to your computer, and send user-defined colorimetric methods and firmware updates to the meter via free uPyxis software.
Includes: two 10-mL glass vials, two 25-mL glass vials (74313 only), Bluetooth adapter, four AA batteries and a procedure manual on thumb drive. 13-month warranty.
