- A faster, safer way to detect cables and pipes
Steer clear of buried cables and pipes during excavation. Use the C.A.T4 locator to detect signals generated by the Genny4 transmitter, or use independently on signals radiated from metallic services or emitted by sondes (sondes available as special order; contact us for details).
The C.A.T4 features avoidance mode, Genny4 signal locate, power signal locate, radio signal locate, small diameter locate frequency and dynamic overload protection. They also include eCert, which lets you test their locating circuitry via the internet to ensure proper calibration.
- Frequencies: 50 to 1500 Hz power signals, 15 to 30 kHz radio signals
- Operating conditions: -17 to 122°F
