Safely feed chemicals into the centerline of pipes. The retractable design with shutoff valve and safety chain let you easily remove and maintain the injection quill without shutting down your process. Shutoff valves are lead-free brass and include stainless steel lockable handles. All quills feature a beveled tip for longer life, a 6" insertion length and a 1/2" NPT(F) inlet.
Check valves feature a Viton® O-ring, Hastelloy® C276 spring and ceramic ball. They have a cracking pressure of 5 psi.
