Gauges feature all stainless steel wetted parts and case that last in corrosive environments. Liquid-filled for applications with pulsation or vibration. Suitable for use with potable water.
WIKA's FlexWindow is an innovative alternative to liquid-filled gauges with a traditional polycarbonate window and vent plug. The optically clear liquid silicone rubber (LSR) window expands or contracts to compensate for temperature-related overpressure or negative pressure. Because the window flexes, the gauge can be liquid-filled to 100%, so there's no bubble to impede your view!
Liquid silicone rubber won't yellow over time, tolerates high temperatures, and resists shattering, scratches and punctures. It's much more resistant to chemicals than polycarbonate or PMMA plastic. Additionally, the convex window shape provides a magnifying effect, making the dial even easier to read.
CAUTION: Do not use these gauges for chlorine applications.
