Safely secure your butterfly valves with this innovative lockout device. Its adjustable wedge design slides between the valve and lever to keep valve disengaged. Fits virtually all butterfly valves. Durable, chemically-resistant Zenex™ thermoplastic is lightweight and performs well in extreme environments. Directional arrows molded into the body help make installation easy. Three eyelets accommodate multiple cable lockouts.

To use, simply slide lockout between valve and lever, run cable through an eyelet and around the valve stem, and apply cable lock. Valve lockout has an adjustable cable lockout, which features a 5/32"Dia x 3'L multi-strand steel cable with clear plastic coating.
