If you are looking for the ultimate signal-duty float switch, look no further. These nearly indestructible float switches feature a 316 SS Teflon®-coated shell, chemically-resistant CPE cord and a hermetically sealed stainless steel mercury switch bulb.
Designed for over 1,000,000 cycles, the heavy-duty 18 amp switch element is also encapsulated in a solid epoxy resin and is not sensitive to rotation. These float switches will operate in temperatures up to 221°F and can withstand certain more aggressive liquids (call us with specific chemical compatibility questions). The narrow, 10° angle activation range provides precise level control. These switches are suitable for intrinsically safe or other low voltage circuits such as alarm dialers or SCADA inputs.
Choose from Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) contacts. Each unit includes a 316 SS pipe mount assembly that fits 1" diameter pipe.
These switches are for signal/control duty only, not for direct pump operation.
