This state-of-the-art gas detection system detects dangerous gases at levels well below OSHA requirements. Systems consist of a controller/alarm module and two remote gas sensor modules that mount up to 1000 feet away from the controller. Modules respond quickly to the presence of a targeted gas or gases. They signal the controller and activate a warning device when threshold levels are reached, then quickly recover when the gas has cleared.
Controller/alarm module provides simultaneous display and alarm functions for the sensors. Easy to set up, it features a user-friendly keypad and two-line 16-character display with green backlit LED. During an alarm condition, the screen flashes and a 95 dB horn sounds. Relay outputs are configurable as danger, warning or alarm, and can be used to control additional beacons, horns and other external devices.
High-capacity memory logs up to 256 events with time and date. View on the display or download to your PC via the RS-232 port. Controller also keeps track of sensor life and provides calibration reminders when due. Password protection prevents changes to parameter settings. Controller features NEMA 4X rated enclosure.
Enhance your system with the optional factory-installed alarm/strobe/horn module and internal battery back-up (includes charging circuit and rechargeable batteries). Note: Because these options are factory-installed, they must be ordered at the same time as the gas detector.
