Thermo Scientific Orion™ AquaSensors™ DataStick™ Ozone Sensor Head, OZ31B
Description
- Interchangeable components allow for customized system builds and fast maintenance changeouts
- Directly wire a complete DataStick Probe (communication adaptor, sensor body and sensor head) to SCADA system, no controller required
- Compatible with Thermo Scientific Orion AquaPro Multiparameter Controllers
- Requires a DataStick sensor body and communications adapter (each sold separately)
Versatile DataStick sensor systems combine pre-calibrated sensors with integral communications capabilities, so you can direct-wire them to your SCADA system—no need for a controller or display unit. They are also compatible with AquaPro Multiparameter Controllers (sold separately) if you need a local display or additional inputs, relay outputs, etc.
This sensor head is part of a modular sensor system. For a complete system, you will also need a DataStick sensor body and communications adapter. The three components plug into one another to resemble a standard complete electrode, and provide a digital output.
Ozone head is for measuring disinfection levels in treament systems detecting residual ozone. Reliable three-electrode polarographic Clark Cell technology consists of a silver reference electrode, a silver anode and a gold cathode with PEEK™ body construction.
Pre-calibrated sensor heads can be replaced or exchanged without taking the system down and without losing calibration. Maintenance is quick and easy—simply exchange the replacement head with a new one in seconds. All feature fast, accurate temperature compensation.
- Measurement range: 0 to 10 ppm
- Resolution: 0.1 ppm
- Operating Temperature: 23oF to 122oF
- Maximum Pressure: 65 PSIG @ 122oF
- Maximum Flow Rate: 10 ft/second
- Cable: provided via comms adaptor and sensor body (each sold separately)
- Wetted materials: PEEK™, Viton™, PFA, platinum
- Dimensions: 11.02"L x 1.35" Dia (when combined with comms adaptor and sensor body)
