Pure water samples with low levels of acid, base, or dissolved salts cause pH electrodes to drift, providing inaccurate and non-reproducible results. Orion's pure water pH test kit provides fast, accurate pH results in high-purity waters. Contains special buffers for calibration and an additive to increase sample ionic strength without changing pH. Ideal for well water, rainwater, distilled/deionized water, boiler feeder water, and process water.
Includes: four 475-mL bottles of pH buffer A (pH 6.97), two 475-mL bottles of pH buffer B (pH 4.10), two 50-mL bottles of pH ISA adjustor, one 1-mL syringe and Application Procedure No. 501, "pH Measurement in Low Ionic Strength Solutions". For samples with basic pH levels, order the pH Buffer C (pH 9.15) separately.
