Val-Matic swing check valves are specifically designed for municipal and industrial water and wastewater applications. Air-cushion models are fully enclosed and adjustable; add them to standard lever & weight models to control valve operation and reduce water hammer. ANSI/AWWA C508, MSS SP-71/MSS SP-136 certified.
Valve construction: ductile iron, stainless steel seat, ductile iron disc with Buna-N seat ring. Coating is fusion epoxy-coated on interior and exterior; NSF/ANSI 61 certified and AWWA C550 compliant.
