Wheaton Grab Samplers prevent sample contamination during water quality testing and comply with EPA sampling procedures. With a 6’ handle‚ they make sub-surface water sample collection simple. Units allow the user easy access from boats‚ decks or spillways without ever touching the water. The Grab Sampler III samples up to 1000 mL of wastewater or hazardous/corrosive materials. The removable displacement plunger allows collection with approximately 1" of head space between the sample and underside of the bottle closure. Unit features a chemical-resistant polypropylene sampling head and includes one 1000-mL wide-mouth sample bottle. The 1000-mL wide mouth sample bottle is autoclavable and constructed of heavy-wall borosilicate glass. It features a Teflon-lined cap with GPI 70-400 thread and 1" of head space. Approximate volumes listed directly on the bottle. Bottle meets Standard Methods‚ Class A Borosilicate glass specifications. While supplies last.
