The Wilkins Hose Bibb Lock will prevent use of water from places that are otherwise unsecured, like parks and other public places. All-brass construction will never rust.
The lock is available in two styles. The spigot hose bibb lock threads onto the spigot and locks in place. Even if someone turns the water on, the built-in seal will prevent any water from coming out. Use the handle hose bibb lock in areas where a machine or hose is already hooked up to the spigot, and you need to prevent access to the on/off handle.
