SRLs are an essential, lifesaving component of a confined space entry/emergency retrieval system. As the entrant moves, the SRL retracts automatically and remains taut, enabling the worker to securely move about at normal speeds. Should a slip occur, the system stops the fall fast.
The heavy-duty bidirectional rescue SRL features corrosion-resistant stainless steel end plates and a stowaway handle. Its IP68-rated sealed aluminum housing protects against particulate matter and moisture.
Includes: Two carabiners, 4-ft tether rope, SRL bag and mounting brackets. If this is the second winch/SRL you are mounting to a tripod, you will need an extra leg mount bracket (stock # 42862) and leg mount pulley (stock # 42861).
Note: Support structure (tripod or davit arm) not included, source separately.
