These built-in refrigerators feature a microprocessor temperature controller and display for precise temperature control. An interior fan-driven, forced-draft air circulation system provides excellent temperature uniformity and recovery after door openings. The two temperature probes—one in air and one in a sample bottle—ensure accurate temperatures.
Audible and visual alarms signal temperatures outside set limits to keep samples safe, and a remote alarm contact provides external communication. The probe access port allows digital thermometer temperature verification.
Install these refrigerators in tight or undercounter spaces—front-breathing ventilation eliminates the need for clearance around the top and sides. Other features include self-closing doors, smooth easy-to-clean interior surfaces and a keyed door lock. Cycle defrost occurs automatically with the normal cycle of the compressor (without a heater) to minimize temperature fluctuations. Sustainable design meets EPA/SNAP mandates using natural hydrocarbon refrigerants.
