These robust electromagnetic flowmeters are an outstanding choice for a variety of water and wastewater applications. They offer exceptional accuracy, flexible operation and optimal data security. Standard Class 150 round flanges allow for easy inline installation. NSF-61 rated polyurethane lining prevents corrosion in drinking water applications, while also withstanding abrasive wastewater applications. Flowmeter and polycarbonate transmitter housings are rated IP67/NEMA 4X.
Setup and operation are easy via the local optical key interface. It features guided menus, "Make it Run" wizards, help displays in multiple languages, and built-in simulation software. On-board HistoROM system stores all sensor, transmitter and totalizer data—won't lose data if power is removed.
Externally-powered W400 meters feature a built-in web server and Ethernet port for remote access to meter readings and status through any web browser—no special software needed. You can seamlessly integrate it into your control system using 4-20 mA HART® (or 0-20 mA analog), along with a pulse output. Meter operates on external power (either AC or DC) for maximum installation flexibility. AC option provides the consistent power needed for dirty water applications. Sensor electronics feature added protection against moisture intrusion in harsh environments.
Note: We recommend grounding rings (sold separately) for installations in plastic pipe.
Sensor tube and electrodes (bullet nose) are constructed of 304 stainless steel. Sensor housing is constructed of aluminum coated AlSi10Mg.
