The FCS (Fluid Conservation Systems) DXmic Pro leak detector is an advanced portable electronic ground microphone that amplifies noise generated by water escaping from pipes under pressure. This user-friendly leak detector has three automatic filter settings based on pipe material. To precisely pinpoint leaks, use the sliding scale feature to select a specific range of frequencies and reject or accept different sound levels.
The increased memory function serves as an excellent survey tool to record, store and compare sounds at other locations along the line. Replay the leak noise, retrieve and share data and audio recordings, and download them to your mobile device using the DXmic Pro App. The app also lets the DXmic Pro collect location information from the mobile device to compliment measurements and sound recordings.
