LMI Fluoride Saturator

This saturator provides an easily maintained source of saturated sodium fluoride solution. This efficient, economical unit offers simple installation and minimal maintenance. Tank cover houses saturator components, including solenoid valve, siphon breaker and liquid level switch.
Visually inspect fluoride bed level with push-button light. The integrally mounted liquid level switch controls solenoid valve operation to maintain a proper solution level. The distributor tube assembly supplies fresh water to a bed of sodium fluoride at tank bottom. Water dispersed by the distributor tubes flows up through the sodium fluoride powder/crystals to provide a saturated (4%) solution.
UV-resistant polyethylene 50 gallon tank features tapered sides, 5 gallon graduations, and installed overflow connection. Mount LMI metering pump in the recess provided on the saturator cover assembly. Series 1 pumps can be used to add sodium fluoride in constant water flow rate applications. Use series 7 or 9 pumps where pump output needs to change proportionally with varying water flow rate applications.
Includes: tank, cover assembly, distributor tube assembly and 10 ft 3/8" OD polyethylene water inlet tubing. Chemical feed pump not included, order separately.
