Load Huggers secure pipe, equipment and other heavy objects where shifting may occur. Our 2" x 27' woven polyester Load Hugger has a workload rating of 3300 lbs and includes a heavy-duty steel ratchet.
Flat hook ends measure 2-1/2" wide with nominal 3/4" clearance and are generally used on open trailers with flat bar side rails. Installation is easy—after securing both hooks, pull the strap through the ratchet to remove excess slack. At this point use the pumping action of the ratchet handle to fully tighten the strap over the load. Ratchet handles lock in a fully downward position.
