They emit UV and visible LED light, then analyze absorbance data at specific wavelengths to approximate BOD and COD in seconds.
Each meter is preprogrammed with several calibrations based on the typical organic compounds that make up BOD and COD in pulp & paper wastewater.
Liquid AI Data Management Software provides additional starter calibration models. It also allows you to create and load site-specific calibration models to your meter for optimal BOD/COD correlation. It is strongly recommended for best start-up results and in changing conditions.
