Both are ready-to-use, water-based coatings that provide excellent coverage over new and previously coated surfaces. Rust-Oluem 5500 Dustproofer Floor Sealer is a clear acrylic coating for bare or previously coated concrete floors. It eliminates concrete dusting, provides stain resistance and makes the floor easier to clean. Note: Not recommended for areas exposed to gasoline, hydraulic fluids or heavy fork-lift traffic. Does not provide protection against hydrostatic water pressure, wind driven rain or efflorescence (salt deposits).
