LKN series metering pumps are the largest of Walchem's high-performance line. These motor-driven, mechanically actuated diaphragm pumps feature a highly reliable dual-cam system drive and worm gear reducer. Roller bearings and oil bath lubrication ensure outstanding durability and wear resistance during continuous operation.
Manual control pumps feature a totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) constant-speed motor, and a micrometer-style stroke adjustment knob for a 10:1 turndown ratio.
Use with aluminum sulfate (alum) and polymer (call for compatibility with other chemicals). Wetted materials: PVC head, 304 SS valve seats, PTFE diaphragm and Hastelloy C276/304 SS valve check balls.
