Use these reactor blocks for standard and special digestions. They come preprogrammed to perform digestions for metals analysis, COD, TOC and other nutrient analysis, as well as for culturing biological samples. Single-key operation for standard digestions make reactor blocks easy to use with Hach chemistries.

You can also program and store up to three custom digestion methods to fit your unique applications using control temperatures from 37 to 165°C in 1°C increments and times from 0 to 480 minutes. The display shows you graphically if the reactor block temperature is increasing, decreasing or at the programmed temperature. Dual reactor blocks let you run two temperature programs at the same time.

For added safety, reactor blocks are fully insulated. The transparent lid locks to prevent premature checking of the digestion progress. At the end of the run, the heater shuts down automatically and produces an audible alarm.

Choose from single- or dual-reactor blocks with your required vial well sizes. 13-mm wells accommodate TNTplus® vials. 16-mm wells accommodate most COD, TOC and Test 'N Tube vials. 20-mm wells are for metals prep.
