Optimize manual titrations and routine lab tasks with these titrators. They feature a motor-driven piston buret for precise titrations and dosing of dispensable liquids (=10 mm2/s viscosity). Use the dosing buttons on hand controller (mouse) to add your dispensable liquid. Adjust titration rates from 2.5 to 40.00 mL/min in five different steps, optimizing titration speed and accuracy.
Enhance your lab's accuracy and throughput by using these units for dosing applications. Adjustable dosing rate, filling rate and adjustable filling between each dose step makes these units extremely versatile. The intelligent filling function checks in advance if a dosing step is feasible without filling, reducing faulty operations.
You can view your results on a large display in units of your choice, and export them via RS-232 or USB device. Control the titrator via integral keypad, or use with a USB keyboard (not included) to add additional sample information. Data can be exported as PDF or CSV files.
The more advanced TITRONIC 500 features an intelligent interchangeable module that includes the piston buret, reagent bottle, cap, tubing, drip tube and titration tip. Modules store buret size, ID and reagent information including name, concentration, expiration date and more. This information is transferred to the control unit via RFID, letting you change exchangeable units and applications quickly and easily. The TITRONIC 500 will also perform weight recording and solution preparation while connected to an analytical balance. Simply enter the desired concentration of your sample and the concentration of the reagent you're adding, and put your sample on the balance. The TITRONIC 500 calculates the dosing volume and adds reagent automatically. Store methods for different parameters for later recall.
